Vehicle Description
The 2012 Chrysler 300 receives changes that make it better than ever--even making it a close runner up for our 2012 Car of the Year award. The biggest change to the 2012 300 applies to Pentastar V-6-equipped models, which get an eight-speed automatic transmission as either optional or standard equipment, depending on trim level. When equipped with the new eight-speed automatic, rear-drive 300s are capable of 19/31 mpg city/highway, while all-wheel-drive 300s are capable of 18/27 mpg city/highway.
The 2012 300 is the last full-size rear-drive family sedan you can buy today and it carries on that American tradition with pride. The 300 is notable for its distinct muscle car flair and is a real head-turner no matter what the trim level. Inside, the 2012 300 features a well-sorted interior layout with soft touch plastics and materials that would put the previous generation 300 to shame.
